Selby Jennings is a foremost provider of recruitment solutions to global financial institutions across Europe, the US, Asia and the Middle East. Selby Jennings was established to service clients operating in both global and local arenas. From our head office in London, as well as our offices in Hong Kong, New York and Dubai, we are able to provide bespoke recruitment solutions to all our clients.
We work with a diverse range of clients including investment banks, hedge funds and fund of funds, asset management, M&A, corporate finance and private equity financial consultancies and trading houses.
The company is divided into various teams covering all aspects of finance. Our consultants are experts in their fields who have worked hard to build up strong relationships with our large database of clients and candidates.
Our philosophy is to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates enabling us to offer tailored and effective solutions based upon individual requirements.

Progression - Once you join Selby Jennings you are only ever 4 levels away from Directorship. Our most recently promoted director was promoted at the age of 26 after only 4 years with company. Basics also increase rapidly if you prove yourself and deliver.
The chance to run your own team - The first three of our new brands are already up and running and we have identified at least 10 more areas we would like to cover. The people who join us now will be the ones who will build and run these businesses.
