Role:
The role of Quality Inspector is to help and assist in ensuring that the Quality System in its entirety is adhered to by all employees and to be responsible through all stages of manufacture from APQP to full monitoring and improvements.

Key duties will include:

1) To help maintain all Quality and Customer related documents.
2) To complete 1st off inspection as per the standard required by the customer drawings, visual aids, and /or last off as per the instructions and to complete documents accordingly.
3) To help train all operators in Product and Quality awareness.
4) To complete all quality documents to the satisfaction of the Quality Manager to include Quality.
5) Alerts, Operator Instructions and Visual aids etc.
6) To assist and resolve all Quality concerns from customers, and suppliers and to help implement corrective actions.
7) To ensure Control Plans are checked for completion prior to work being carried out on the shop floor.
8) To help complete full PPAP, ISIR `S, Cap Studies , Control Plans, MSA, PSW, PQS, FMEA, 9)9)Checking Aids , documentation on behalf of the Company to Customers and to assist in re-validation of parts on a yearly basis.
9) To ensure that calibration of inspection and toolroom equipment has been done as per the required schedule.
10) To complete internal Process audits in line with TS 16949 inspect all areas of the company's quality procedures and manuals to ensure they meet compliance. The audits are to be completed as per the audit schedule.
11) To report directly to the Quality Manager on all audit matters and to advise and recommend improvements and where necessary set targets for implementation of these improvements.
12) To monitor internal KPI such as customer complaints 8d , Delivery performance, PPM, And ensure the scrap analysis reports have been taken and to assist in the recommendations required to minimise the findings.
13) To carry out Internal Audits to TS 16949 - training can be provided.

Successful candidate:
To be successful in the role of Quality Inspector you will be certified to carry out internal and external auditing to TS16949, ISO 9001 and have previous experience in Quality systems, preferably within a high volume, automotive/aerospace manufacturing environment.

The Role

The Role

One of the leading Motorsport organisations is looking to appoint an International Motorcycle Racing Coordinator to support all world Motorcycle Grand Prix, Road Racing and Endurance Racing events throughout the world. This role requires you to coordinate and work with 17 global marketing teams, ensuring full alignment of brand awareness throughout the world. You must be prepared to attend motorcycle grand prix and other events at weekends - at least 20 weekends per year possibly as many as 25, long haul events world wide.

This role is exciting but extremely demanding with full coordination and representation of all Marketing discussions with the Motorcycle Motorsport team in organising and liaising with the specific country marketing teams to ensure full coverage and branding is represented at each event, to develop and implement activities aligned with their 'Road to Race' strategy, press control management including televised interviews and effective communication and briefing of product changes.

Key to the role:

-Building and implementing a stakeholder relationship plan for racing investment:
-Building and maintaining relationships with journalists and media to maximise the marketing benefit to the company in international racing
-Representing all Marketing discussions globally to build and manage a full year of aligned "race to road" Marketing activities around the key racing programme
-Working with the Service Team; Communicating and briefing of product changes, specifications and technical guidance to Teams, Press, Riders and Organisers.
-Response to specific issues and taking the lead to represent the organization through media interaction

Essential Skills and Experience:

A thorough understanding of the Motorcycle Grand Prix class structure
A thorough understanding of the Motorcycle Grand Prix organisational structure
Communications background and a solid understanding in P.R
Presentation of proposals to the Global Motorcycle Steering committee
Flexibility - all 17 events require travel abroad from Thursday to Monday to support races. There is also frequent travel to Brussels to participate in marketing team meetings
Able to monitor and control budget expenditure against approved plans
