The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Service, you will provide leadership and direction; having overall responsibility for driving quality throughout the business.
Manage relationships with funding bodies and inspectors and to be the nominated individual for Ofsted, Merlin and Matrix.
You will manage all safeguarding requirements in respect of vulnerable adults, young adults and children.
Work closely with the compliance team ensuring all regulatory measures are adhered to and or improved, helping drive performance.
You will be responsible for dealing with audits and quality reviews. Having a wide and varied range of stakeholders; the company operates within a complex environment creating a challenging role within a very dynamic and fast moving business.
The Candidate
You will have proven experience of managing a quality initiative which encompasses all aspects of audit, compliance and quality management. You will have a demonstrable track record of delivering against targets and expectations that directly impact on business growth and development. You should have knowledge of safeguarding and if possible completed mandatory training.
Having worked with colleges and SFA funding streams would be beneficial.

You'll aim to work closely with schools and colleges to increase referrals as well as become their provider of choice for partnership working opportunities .
Successful candidates will have a passion for people and a commitment to getting people working in the Employment Related Services Sector. You need to be an all rounder, able to present to a room full of 16 - 24 year olds, equally able to present to employers.
