DescriptionRegister your CV Three60 Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf on a well-established manufacturing company based in Worcester. The company manufacture plastics and sell business to business to a variety of industries.

Duties:
- Build rapport with existing clients cross-selling products
- Utilise and develop existing client base
- Account Management
- Proactively identifying new markets to target, based on new products etc.
- 50% telesales, 50% field
- Manage/coach/lead telemarketing team

The successful candidate must:
- Have previous experience in both telesales and field sales
- Have excellent commutation skills and the ability to build rapport with people of all levels
- Be a team player
- Must have a full driving license

Working within manufacturing (especially plastics) an advantage
Educated to degree level desirable not essential
