French speaking Workforce Planning Manager to implement new reports and schedules to a 60 site operation call centre based business which is part of a Global business employing over 60,000 personnel. In France they will be centralising the customer service calls from 60 sites to 10 so you will eventually manage some Call Centre Analysts and Workforce staff.
You will have experience in resource planning tools including good Excel and any knowledge of Avaya or Verint would be fantastic!
As well as speaking fluent French you should have reasonable English skills as the role reports in to the Global Customer Service Director based in the UK.
This is a challenging role so you will need to have set up new schedules before rather than just managed their production.
The role will be based in Paris but will include travel so you will need a driving licence and flexibility to stay away from home occasionally.
Salary is 50k - 60k EUROS + bonus + benefits

This fast growing full service ecommerce agency is looking to recruit a Sales Manager with experience in the SEO PPC arena to continue its ongoing expansion and to support the operational SEO PPC operational team with aditional projects.

We are a small independant Recruitment company, specialising in the call centre, sales & marketing space - we have a major project to recruit 80-100 staff for one client across 7 UK locations over the June-July period and need some part time resource to achieve that.
Due to the initial length and immediacy of the project we do not have the luxury to train anyone so need someone with either a Recruitment background OR someone who has been in a management role within a call centre, contact centre or customer service centre who has held responsibility for recruitment.
The Client is centralising 70 small local customer service teams into 10 Regional Teams hence the recruitment need - we recruited 70 personnel for them last year in a different area of their business.
Hours can work around school but is likely to be a minimum of 15 hours a week but dependant on the Client requirements, we could work that across 4 or 5 days but unlikley to be 3 as we will need a daily balance.
The role will be based in Woosehill where there is free car parking next door at Morrisons so you can get the shopping on the way home!!
The hourly rate is c£8-10 per hour dependant on experience but there will be a bonus of £50 for each placement so with 80+ staff needed you could earn £500+ each month on bonuses very easily.
Following this project, there are likely to be ongoing opportunities for additional work, especially for candidates with an Agency Recruitment background.

Our Client are an Outsourced provider and this is to work on-site within the UK Head office of an international Software Services business.
Working as part of the Client Delivery team, you will generate leads for the clients, targeting organisations directly, identifying key decision makers and new business opportunities.You will be self motivated, have an excellent command of the English language and will have worked in wither an outbound call centre or Telesales/Telemarketing environment previously working towards targets.
Any additional European languages or experience in the technology sector would be very beneficial.
The role offers a base salary of £20k with a minimum OTE of £28k although the top performers earn £35k++ The role also offers a real opportunity to move onto the client company payroll which in itself is an excellent career opportunity. This services business have grown over the past 12 months due to natural expansion and additional offerings and are recruiting a new team of 4 Outbound Telesales/Telemarketing Agents - More than half of the current team earn at least £45k with the top earners achieving double that.
The calls are all outbound but follow up on enquiries either via their own website or one of their partners so the conversion rate is much higher than industry standard and more importantly means NO cold calling.
You will need to have come from a background in either telesales, telemarketing or outbound call centre operations however to get through to interview stage as they prode themselves on quality and the extremely low staff turnover.
As well as as a background outlined above, you will have an excellent written and spoken command of the English language, reasonable PC skills and a freindly and engagin manner who can build relationships quickly with clients. You will also have a GSCE in Maths and English, or the equivalent qualification.
The centre operates on a partial shift pattern which means 3 weeks will be 9.30am-6pm and then 1 week working 11.30-8pm plus that saturday (so just one saturday a month) so you will need to be flexible enough to work those hours.
In return they offer a generous uncapped package which means that over half the team acheive the OTE of £45k from a basic of £18k and many others prove the potential to earn more than that!
They are located in central Reading just 2 minutres from all bus and train connections.
