We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join this progressive communications agency. The company, based in Somerset, specialises in company performance improvement through the delivery of high quality sales incentives and corporate events to improve business results.
As Project Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager on a daily basis and duties will involve the following:
*Project administration
*Liaising with our suppliers for collateral, signage and event documentation
*Provide excellent customer service when speaking and dealing with clients and Business Partners
*Create PowerPoint presentations
*Design and create launch emails and web pages using our internal packages
*General day to day office administration
*Dealing with all queries that may come with regards to claiming through the program
*Occasional Requirement to travel in the UK
*Updating Excel spreadsheets with the Enablement Reports
*Organising travel and accommodation for the freelancers
*Creative ideas for improving the program
*Organise and action large mail shots and registration packs to our registered program participants and freelancers
The ideal candidate will be professional with an excellent telephone manner and written communication skills. You will also be extremely competent with all MS packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT channel marketing professional to join this progressive company, based in the South West. You will be responsible for the MEA (Middle East and African) territory, which is an area of expansion and growth for our client.
