Your primary objectives and functions will include:- * Fully accountable for effective and timely delivery of acceptable proposals and projects to UK MOD and SANG that contribute towards the Company's annual Order Book. * Ensuring proposals are delivered as successful projects and support the Company's annual Sales target and milestone payment plan. * Ensuring appropriate internal and commercial processes are adhered to at all times. SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The TI Project team is the primary interface to the customer (UK MOD and SANG) for all new business activities and is responsible for creating through-life, value for money solution proposals at minimal risk to the Company. The Project Manager has the following responsibilities: * Ensure efficient use of Company resources to deliver: 1. Timely, value for money, acceptable proposals and projects 2. Design-reviewed and tender vetted proposals in line with Company and Customer governance procedures and commercial practice 3. Continuous and high level of Customer satisfaction 4. Company Order Book with appropriate Sales opportunities 5. Projects to time, cost and performance. * Fully accountable for appropriate contribution to Order book. * Creation of co-operative working relationships with MoD programme team and sub-contractors. * To assist in identifying and evaluating new SANGCOM business opportunities, and in defining and implementing policy and future strategy. CONTACT WITH OTHERS (Internal/External/Meetings): The Project Manager is an important representational role for my client. The post-holder will be expected to manage effective business relationships with a wide stakeholder group including officers from the SANG and the UK MOD, together with international suppliers and sub-contractors at senior management level.
