Do you hold a NVQ Level 3 or C&G Advanced Craft in any Construction Trades?
Due to winning new contracts in partnership with a number of colleges around the UK this highly reputable Private Training Provider is looking to build a brand new team in the Essex area. This is an exciting time for a Multi-skills Trainer to join this growing company as you will be instrumental in the department’s growth.
In this position you will be required to teach a number of students aged between 14-18 years. You will also be partly responsible to visit construction workers On Site and assess their work, enabling them to achieve vocational qualifications in the Construction Trades. The role is essential to the continued growth of the construction industry, as it will ensure the competence of the next generation of Trades Persons.
The Role:
* Tutoring / Training Students on P&D, Tiling, Plumbing, Carpentry & Joinery, Plastering to NVQ Level 1.

In this brand new role it’ll be your task to manage the Technical Training and Assessment team, control operational management and budgeted income, and make sure they become a market leader in technical training and assessment.
Part of that will mean identifying every opportunity for new business in the gas, electric, water, oil, solid fuel and utilities and construction industries, and monitoring and driving sales and income. Essentially, you’ll be driving the sales of technical training to professionals. You’ll need to establish a Technical Business Unit plan to support the company’s strategy, and develop policies and procedures which ensure customer satisfaction each and every time. The team will look to you for guidance, so it’s important that you’re a leader and motivator. Quality assurance matters and non-accredited assessment activities will be managed by you too.

You will be responsible for delivering up to NVQ Level 3 in Security along with a wide range of other security courses such as conflict management, spectator safety etc. Covering Watford to London you will be delivering to security guard learners undertaking apprenticeships, diplomas and various other programmes, this is a varied role that would suit someone who is both flexible and adaptable to requirements.
