Pre-Construction Coordinator
To work with the Business Development, tendering and estimating staff to assist in identifying business opportunities and ensure that the best quality work winning documents are prepared and submitted in order to secure targeted work.

• Coordinating the production of Prequalification and Tender Document submissions to set quality standards
• Providing Senior Managers and Directors with business credential support documents

Working relationships

Key tasks

• Research daily relevant publications and web content for project opportunities and forward on to relevant personnel so that a decision can be made as to whether pursue them.
• Improve and maintain database/details of key contacts.
• Coordinate Prequalification and Tender submissions.
• Prepare documentation associated with Prequalification and Tender submissions.
• Collate and issue subcontract enquiry documents
• Proactively deal with external callers to the Business Development team
• Where possible assist in any request made by a member of the senior management team.
