Additionally we are an ISMM (Institute of Sales and Marketing Management) Recognised Training Centre. The ISSM is the only membership body recognised by the UK Government regulatory body Ofqual for sales and marketing.

To fulfil our new training business in France we are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to deliver expert sales training to our French clients.

The Role / Sales Trainer

• Sales training for our French client base.
• Design and delivery of innovative sales training solutions to improve performance and provide tangible return on investment for our clients.

The Person

• A background in B2B sales training is desirable
• Excellent training delivery style
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Full understanding of the sales process
• Ideally with a background of selling and can demonstrate sales successes
• Fluent French speaker with good command of English

Our client believes in personal accountability and sales staff are trained to use their initiative with their customer base. The Role – Graduate Sales

The role will start in an internal sales capacity, where the successful candidate will learn about the business and get involved in the internal sales function. The candidate will be required to get their hands dirty and get stuck in, which will mean time spent across all areas of the business: from being in the warehouse to learning about pricing and process. The candidate will be mentored by the Service Centre Manager and the overall objective will be to eventually promote this candidate from within, developing them through the sales function of the business, with a view to eventually becoming a Service Centre Manager.
