The types of the support issues will vary and require prioritisation, speedy resolution where possible and escalations where applicable. Key role and responsibilities for this role; To answer helpdesk calls promptly and professionally and to ensure all helpdesk calls received are accurately logged via supported ticketing system; To respond to helpdesk emails in a timely manner; escalating incidents and problems where appropriate. Support the EMEA users in the use of computer equipment by providing standardised online documentation, intranet links and first-line advice, To gather key information and provide quick fixes for initial or known problems and process any incidents for resolution by the team, as appropriate.. Issue VPN tokens and 3G Dongles Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems that have been detected. Follow MIS escalation procedures to correctly escalate more complex incidents and problems to the Customer Support Analysts, Technical Analysts or MIS Manager, as appropriate. Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles / service level agreements. There are 10 males service users between the ages of 18-45 displaying a range of learning disabilities, complex needs and autism.
