You will carry out conceptual design studies producing design schemes and deliverables such as philosophies (including but not limited to: lighting, fire alarm, small power, general services and LV board and distribution design). Working with the team on detailed electrical engineering including preparation of calculations and drawings for the full range of electrical building services design.
You will be degree qualified in electrical engineering or equivalent, be a member of the IET or CIBSE or willingness to join either and work towards chartered status. You will have working knowledge of the IEE regulations 2011 and other BS Standards. Have a proven track record and be able to demonstrate your capability and experience in Electrical Design within Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, food or energy projects would be advantageous as well as working knowledge of Amtech cable and short circuit calculation design package, Dialux lighting design package, energy generation and distribution systems and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
