Can you take learning to new levels?
No Limits is a bespoke community based education and support service which provides an integrated programme of support for young people with additional needs who may challenge traditional services. We are currently recruiting for Community Learning Facilitators to support people in a transitional stage in their lives after school.
As a Community Learning Facilitator you will work in a small team to deliver a tailored and integrated learning and support programme for young adults with Learning Disabilities. The people we support will be working towards set objectives based on communication, community engagement and social skills. The young people we support love a variety of things including physical activity, exploring the outdoors and being part of the local community; you will need to be enthusiastic and prepared to get involved in an active and busy lifestyle!
Experience of working with people with Autistic Spectrum Conditions is useful, but we provide full specialist training, so the right people will gain all the skills they need. However, it is essential that you understand and demonstrate a proactive, confident and flexible approach to work, which will involve some evenings and weekends. A full UK driving licence is also essential.
MacIntyre offer a range of benefits including 33 days annual leave rising with service and a generous contributory pension plan.

As a Learning Facilitator you will take an active role in promoting student learning through a range of activities whilst ensuring a high standard of care. Key duties include supporting students with daily educational support, well being, development and personal care.
To apply as a Learning Facilitator experience is not necessary as you will be given full training that helps of all members of our team to be personally accountable for the standards of their practice.
Flexibility is required as you will work on a rota to include weekends, evenings, nights and bank holidays. You must also hold a full manual, UK, driving licence.
