We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader to join a leading FMCG niche product manufacturer who has fantastic development prospects.
The Role
• Provide guidance and support to a team of maintenance engineers.
• Have budgetary responsibility for the particular engineering team with regards to CAPEX projects
• Provide hands on maintenance to a range of wrapping, packaging, conveyors, bottling equipment both on a mechanical and electrical basis
• Provide holiday and sickness cover for other engineering team leaders and colleagues across other shifts.
The candidate:
• The ideal candidate will have worked within a fast paced production environment such as food production FMCG or bottling lines.
• Be multi skilled in their approach to engineering, being able to handle both mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Have experience of leading a team of engineers or be at a stage in their career where they are ready to step up into a team management position.
• Be apprentice trained or hold a relevant engineering qualification.

We are currently recruiting for an electrically biased maintenance engineer to join a very well established manufacturer. The company manufacture a range of niche products and require an engineer to maintain the following equipment at their site.
3 PHASE MOTORS, AC/DC DRIVES, WRAPPING AND PACKAGING EQUIPMENT, PLC FAULT FINDING, CHECK WEIGHERS, MIXERS, PNEUMATICS, SEALERS.
The engineer position is based on a CONTINENTAL SHIFT.
The MULTI-SKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER role would suit a candidate with experience of maintaining equipment within and FMCG or Food manufacturing environment. Candidates should be time served engineers or hold a relevant engineering qualification. Candidates should be electrically biased but have a strong Mechanical understanding too.

A Glasgow based Building Services Consultancy is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join its team.
The role will involve undertaking design of mechanical elements of a variety of building projects, ranging from commercial, light industrial to local authority and healthcare. They will be responsible for leading a project, ensuring all mechanical aspects are designed within legislation and to clients satisfaction, liaising with external consultants and ensuring design deadlines are adhered to.
