Our client, a voluntary organisation who provide a wide range of services throughout the UK to those with a wide range of needs are recruiting for Bank Support Workers their services in Inverurie. This is a Supported Living service for Adults with complex learning and physical disabilities.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible:
• Maintain high standards of support according to the needs of the individual and promoting independant living
• To update and assist in all stages of the individuals plans
• Undertake household duties, personal care and social activities with the individuals
• To assist service users to exercise individual choice and control of all aspects of their lives
To be considered for the role of Support Worker, candidates will have experience working within social care within a similar role.. SVQ 2 in Health and Social Care would also be beneficial but not essential.
