The main focus of this role is to be shop-floor & customer facing. You will manage and control the overall operation of the store in the absence of the Store Manager & line with company policies and procedures. This should all be delivered as a team & you must have the right leadership and inspirational qualities to engage your team to deliver results.
To be successful within this position, you must have department, deputy or store management experience, preferably from a Electrical/Mixed goods, supermarket or mixed goods blue chip environment. It is important that you consider yourself to be a hands-on manager who can work to your own initiative and who has a good commercial understanding of working towards KPIs and excelling at creating top store standards & excellent customer service!
