This is a new role combining document control responsibilities with a strong ICT focus.

Principal accountabilities

Ensure timely and accurate uploading, downloading, filing and archiving of electronic project files within established structures to enable efficient access to project documentation by teams of consultants.

Provide general assistance to project teams as required with tasks such as creating and updating Excel spreadsheets.

Assist the Systems & Information Manager in supporting systems and users with day to day ICT issues.

Provide support to the Director – People & Team Development as required, in particular with technical and administrative support in relation to the Company’s Learning Management System and e-learning programs.

Work closely with other members of the Administration Team, carrying out general office support tasks as required.

Essentials

An individual with a strong interest in and aptitude for ICT. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel in particular) with good typing skills and the desire to continue learning new skills

Well organised, methodical and logical with good attention to detail. Enjoys supporting others and working in teams within a small company environment. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude. Effective under pressure, willing to roll up sleeves and take ownership of assigned tasks

Desirable

Summary:

Looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to work together with the direct Sales teams by providing pre-sales support to channel partners, and through them to existing and prospective clients across the UK. Key Skills / Experience

Minimum of 5 years experience in a pre sales consulting role and experience of working with partners. Excellent written communication skills, experience of preparing proposals, responses to ITTs. Strong technical awareness.

Excellent experience of managing proof of concepts on customer premises. Understanding of database, architecture, networks and networking protocols.

Understanding of ETL and the broader Data Integration & Data Quality market. Ability to communicate a technical message to a non technical audience as well as a technical audience.

Presentation skills, both verbal delivery and content design. Ability to work as part of a virtual team in delivering a proposal. Ability to read, speak and understand English fluently; knowledge of another European language would be an advantage.
