Role: Regional Manager
Salary: £55k + bonus + benefits
Location: East Anglia
Compass Associates are working with a large social care provider who seek to appoint a Regional Manager for their care homes in Suffolk.
The successful candidate will have operational responsibility for the homes within their region and provide direct line management for the Home Managers. You will also be responsible for ensuring all quality and regulatory compliance standards are met and maintained.
Candidates must hold a Registered Nursing qualification (RGN) and have multi-site management experience. Due to the nature of the job, candidates must also hold a full, clean UK driving licence and be prepared to travel extensively within their region.
