Currently experiencing huge growth to two massive contracts won in quarter 3 of 2011 they now need 3 sales people. 2 of these positions are for hungry, dynamic sales professionals with telesales and account management experience. The Role:

• Selling language solutions to new and existing accounts across the world over the telephone and with face to face client development (80-90% office based)
• Telesales, account management, business development skills and experience are needed in this very consultative role
• 50% business development sourcing and pipelining own leads. 30% up selling to a host of allocated accounts
• Sales cycle from on the day to 18 months depending on how complex the sale, company and size of deal
• Office based nr Oldham. Consultants are encouraged to go out and visit clients across the UK.
• Working on an individual basis as part of a well balanced team with a lot of growth potential
• Experts in their field with little competition. This business is down to earth but as dynamic and forward thinking as it gets.

The Candidate:

• You must have done a similar sales role in the past. Telesales, internal account management, business development based from an office with the confidence and energy to go and meet clients.
• You must be intelligent, hungry to prove yourself and join a down to earth team
• You must be able to commute daily to an office nr Oldham (0815 or 0845 start)
• If you have a degree in IT or business then this would be a bonus (Not a requirement)
• This role is for someone with energy, a refreshing personality and a can do attitude.
• OTE is uncapped. Three roles are available through growth. OTEs 28k-50K depending on role and basic

Package:

• £20,000 - £25,000 basic salary
• Monthly commission. OTE year 1 £8,000 - £15,000 on top of basic
• 20 days holiday – Options scheme to get more days, bigger pension, healthcare and various other bonuses
