As a Recuritment Consultant your duties will involve the recruitment and delivery of temporary personnel to the Transport and Distribution markets in the Pontefract and surrounding areas. You will be supplying blue-chip companies and smaller companies developing up opportunities with Clients who require a regular supply as well doing ad-hoc supply at all levels of drivers (class 1.2.3. mainly and some non-HGV).
Duties:
Business development including; cold calling new Clients
Visit new and existing clients to obtain new business as well as service visits and place suitably matched candidates into vacancies in an efficient and professional manner within the Driving and Logistics recruitment sector
To interview and assess candidates and discuss suitable vacancies with local employers
A basic package up to £25K (depending upon what you can bring to the table) plus lucrative commission structure. Additional training and support will be given to enable you to progress your career within recruitment, by a truly inspirational Branch Manager
A current UK Driving Licence is essential
