Role summary:

Principal Accountabilities:

• Maintaining, updating and reporting status of the Project timeline.
• Producing and maintaining project measures of performance (MOP’s).
• Ensuring visual management is kept up to date.

• Tracking Customer and Supplier deliverables
• Ensuring all plans/MOPS/Trackers are accurate and reflect the current Project Status
• Ensuring all members of the team understands the detailed tasks assigned to them and the committed dates
• Understanding and challenging reasons for any changes to plans and ensuring any update of plans/trackers/MOPs
• Ensuring plans/MOPs/trackers are sent to management team on a regular basis to facilitate decisions
• Resolving any detailed discrepancies with Customer/Suppliers on status of plan/MOPS/Trackers

Basic Qualifications :
• Good organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Project and MS Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skill’s
• Highly motivated and able to assert self within team environment
• A background in Aerospace, Engineering and or Manufacturing would be advantageous but not essential
