Carrington Blake is currently looking for a permanent Supervising Qualified Social Worker for our client in the Kent area to work in their busy but friendly Fostering team.
Duties include:
Full range of social work practice in a fostering service
Form F Assessments
Presenting to Panel
Supervision and monitoring of carers
Practical support to carers and their children
Group work
Liaise with local authority staff
Deliver training to foster carers
Provide advice and guidance to carers to maximise placement success for children and their carers.
The successful candidate will be working alongside a supportive team of work colleagues and be responsible for the development and support of a team of professional foster carers in the Kent and Essex areas .
This is a permanent job for a well established and dynamic agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating.
