As a result of ongoing success and growth they are now recruiting a Clinical Manager.
This community based role will encompass the following:
Assisting in the assessment of health and social care needs of clients to ensure appropriate discharge arrangements.
Working with the client and family and multidisciplinary health and social agencies to develop a client centred care plan.
Implementation of care plan: Ongoing training, assessing and management of a team of Healthcare assistants to deliver a high standard of patient support.
Accurate record keeping
To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
Qualified RGN with current PIN
Experience of nursing patients with complex needs: critical care or Neurology experience ideally
Experience of training and supervising others an advantage as is experience of nursing within a community setting
Full UK driving licence no more than 6 points
Confident and articulate communicators
The successful applicant will work Monday- Friday 9-5 PM with occasional need for paid overtime (£7.93 PH)
Salary is C £26K with car allowance of £3690

Job Summary/ Role Requirements:
Provide an ethical professional urology / continence service to patients
Provide specialist continence support in SCI, MS, Urology & Gynaecology
Conducts patient appliance assessments and appliance user reviews where necessary
Initiate treatments or interventions as agreed by referring NHS Trust
Follow-up and carry out continence referrals where appropriate
Establishes, develops and maintains relationships with local continence and urology nurses in designated region

Skills and Qualifications
NHS Specialist Nurse Band 6
NMC registered
Minimum 2 years Urology Nursing experience within the field of Urology or continence
Specialist knowledge of working within SCI and MS disease areas
Knowledge of RCN/NICE guidelines & Essence of Care Benchmarks, NHS plan and experience of auditing
Experience in teach patients, colleagues and NHS staff both formally and informally.
Excellent communication, and presentation skills both written and verbal
Effective decision maker and problem solving ability
Other Requirements
Flexibility to cover geographical area
Driving license holder with maximum of 6 penalty points
