Territory: South East, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Milton Keynes, Stevenage, St Albans, Luton, Cambridge
Package: £30k basic, Bonus, Fully Expensed Company Car, Mobile, Laptop, Home office set-up, Pension, Life Insurance

Role Information:
* This role is a mix of managing and developing existing customers whilst also generating new business across a defined sales territory
* Selling a full range of MRO solutions and services including Power Transmission, Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Industrial consumables
* The real focus of this role is to develop an understanding of your customers to allow you to provide a genuine value added proposition: improvements in efficiency, energy saving solutions, reduction of downtime, improvement of planned and preventative maintenance etc
Requirements:
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* A structured approach to account and territory management and you should be capable of planning your own personal sales strategy and managing a pipeline
* Honesty and integrity and be a genuine team player
* A strong interest in mechanical engineering with local knowledge of industrial end users across your area
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
* Fire in the Belly - self motivated and try and make a difference
* Lively and vibrant, who has worked in or around the industrial environment
