My client based in Nuneaton is looking for a PA on a permanent basis paying a salary of £22,000 - £29,000 dependant upon experience. Working Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5pm with half an hour for lunch, there is also free on site parking, pension scheme and 22 days holidays plus bank holidays.
To be considered for this position you will need at least 3 years experience within a PA/Secretarial role within a fast paced and busy environment. Experience of Lotus Notes would be an advantage but not essential!
As a Secretary you will be required to:
Manage the diary for the MD for international travel.
Organise and change appointments.
Manage all phone calls, correspondence and emails.
Supporting all board meetings.
Book hotels, travel and accommodation for Directors.
Order stationary and confectionery.
This will be an interchangeable position in a busy but fun environment where you will have weekly 1-1?s.
There will be a three stages to the interview and they are looking at a start date of March 2012! You will be required to travel to further sites when required.
