We are looking for experienced sales professionals from call centre environments, who want to take their personal challenges to the next level. This role is not just about a sale, our qualifications and placements can change someone’s life.
The role is a combination of sales, recruitment and aftercare. Our telesales officers build relationships with senior members of target employers, in order to secure apprenticeship vacancies for 16 – 24 year olds. You will conduct search and selection through relevant channels such as connexions, jobcentre plus and the national apprenticeship service, to secure a shortlist of apprentices for employers. You will provide support and coaching to the candidates in order to prepare them for interview, and provide ongoing aftercare to both the successful candidate and the employer following their commencement on the qualification.
You must have at least 1 years’ continuous experience in an outbound sales call centre, with cold calling experience. You should be able to demonstrate the achievement of targets and KPI’s and therefore be motivated and tenacious in order to achieve your targets. You must be able to build a rapport and relationship with clients and candidates alike and be confident in liaising with young people. You may be asked to represent the organisation at careers fairs and networking events from time to time and therefore you should be professional with a smart business appearance.
