My Suffolk based client is a leading website development and integration company who has now delivered solutions to over 200 diverse customers, and they are looking to recruit a talented Web Developer to join their friendly team.
Due to their location and the lack of public transport facilities, candidates will need to have a driving licence and their own transport.
Primarily they use JSP, although they will happily consider Developers with PHP, ASP, Ruby etc. if they have the right experience/attitude and approach, as they can cross-train very quickly.
The role would suit either recently graduated candidates who have the necessary core skills and a passion to create great websites, or those who have a track record in developing database-driven websites and web applications on time and to a very high standard.

Role Summary:
To build high quality content managed websites to clients' specification on time and to budget.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design and build to the agreed specification in consultation with the Project Manager and client
• Deliver the highest quality sites which are tested and fully working to required specification
• Agree realistic and achievable timescales for development with the Project Manager
• Deliver to project milestones and delivery dates agreed in consultation with the Project Manager
• Ensure the Project Manager is informed of progress of projects, including potential delays and unavoidable changes to specification
• Highlight any likely change in delivery time estimates to Project Managers as soon as they become apparent
• Work with Sales staff and customers to advise and formulate specifications for web-based solutions that best meet their objectives
• Assist customers or other team members to resolve any problems or issues that might arise in the quickest possible time
• Work with designers to ensure designs produced are as easy to construct and maintain as possible whilst meeting with the clients and designers main criteria
• Identify opportunities where other team members can assist
• Keep abreast of Internet technologies, and specifically of in-house tools and systems
• Strive for maximum code portability and component re-use where appropriate
• Share knowledge of development techniques and technology with other team members
• Ensure up to date knowledge of legislation and standards required for web site construction
• Assist any team member to develop their knowledge of the technology and systems adopted
• Follow the company's Quality Management System processes and recommend any changes that might be appropriate to the Quality Management team
• Ability to write code within a team environment and to set in-house coding standards
Additional Responsibilities:
• Provide in-house technical support as applicable
• Project Management as applicable
• Provide out-of-hours emergency technical support in exceptional circumstances
• Develop new web-building techniques
Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent), or having equivalent relevant experience

Reporting Relationships:
Reports to: Senior Project Manager/Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Lead will be one of the core focal points of the project team, managing the day-to-day tasks.
Their key responsibilities will include:
* Assist Project Manager with day to day management of project-focussed on technical co-ordination and allocation of work
* Provide guidance for members of the team
* Ensure quality & security standards are adhered to
* Writing of all levels of specification for a project as required
* Lead design, development and system testing on projects
JOB FUNCTION
* Provision of leadership, direction and supervision to a team of programmers, analyst programmers and senior analyst programmers within the scope of a project
* Planning and control of work on the project in all areas on a day to day basis
* Must ensure that the project is carried out according to the Quality Management System standards at all stages
* Liaison with the client and other company departments to facilitate the implementation of the project
* Production of all levels of specification for a major system implementation from a requirements specification to a program specification
* Presentation of specification documents to client staff to demonstrate that the proposed solution meets requirements
* Design and presentation of training courses for clients and company staff for client project implementations
* Input into the Design Workshop to ensure the client's business requirements are feasible and propose a pragmatic solution
* Design and management of system testing
* Code and test programs from a design specification according to the QMS standards
* Conduct design reviews and program inspections to QMS standards
* Role of mentor / coach to other members of the team
* Peer reviews / spot code checks, and provision of feedback for efficiency improvements, adherence to standards and procedures
* Flexible on working hours when required
* Be prepared to travel (when needed) for client & team meetings
* Be prepared to work off-site when required (work across multiple sites)
* Be prepared to work outside of standard hours (09:00-17:30) including evenings & weekends as and when required, to meet client delivery timescales
* Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Demonstrable satisfactory performance in a technical role at Project Lead level
* Experienced in working using Agile (Scrum) & Prince2 development methodologies
Practical and Technical Skills
* Extensive use of C# and .NET including WCF, WebForms, MVC, and entity framework
* Extensive use of ETL tools in a design/leadership capacity in a warehouse environment (DataStage, Informatica etc.)
* Good working knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata etc.)

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a talented Data Account Executive to join their friendly team.
This is an exciting role for a self-starter who wants to make a difference and reap the rewards. There are opportunities for making your mark and progressing quickly if you have the right attitude and ability.
This specific role is to work on a Pan European client operating in UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
As such it would be highly beneficial for the applicant to have significant language skills.
THE ROLE
You will be supporting Account Managers and Senior Account Managers on the operational day-to-day running of client accounts. It is usual to have involvement in more than one client, so you need to be able to prioritise workload and multitask in a busy and often pressured environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be heavily involved in the daily management of marketing databases, which will include database loads, maintenance, campaign extracts, campaign delivery, reporting, analysis, and general administration duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Educated to Degree level or equivalent
• GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths
EXPERIENCE
• Experience of working in an office environment, specifically within a direct marketing or database environment
• Strong interest in and understanding of data
SKILLS
• Special consideration will be given to French, German, Italian and Spanish speakers – with German being the biggest priority
• Proficient in all Microsoft packages, especially Excel, Word and Access
• Must be analytical, numerate and have a logical approach
