We are currently working with a leading name in fashion jewellery on the high street, and are helping them to recruit a Regional Manager for the South East.
With considerable growth throughout the recession, this fast moving business creates, develops and retails fashion jewellery collections for a wide variety of high street retailers and supermarket chains.
As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of 6 Area Managers, who in turn are responsible for up to 50 staff across 80+ concessions in the area, and ensuring that they operate and trade accordingly.
On a day to day basis, you will be out on the road meeting and developing your Area Managers, analysing performance, tackling issues regarding people and stock and liaising closely with head office departments to ensure the right people and product are in the right place at the right team. No two days are ever the same in this fast paced, evolving retail business.
The ideal candidate for this role will currently be performing a retail management role at area manager level or have previous field/multi-site experience within a fashion or fashion related retail environment. Benefits include company car, laptop and bonus scheme.

A big focus will be on up-skilling HR skills of line managers and coaching them to 'get the job done'.
