My client, a leading brand in digital marketing, email marketing, data strategy and e-CRM are actively recruiting for a bright, enthusiastic 1st Line Support Analyst / Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their friendly support function. Working as part of a fun, energetic team, the suitable Support Analyst will be the first point of contact for providing clients with desktop and mobile support. You will need to demonstrate sound knowledge of supporting users in an Active Directory / MS Exchange 2003 domain.

The Support Analyst will be responsible for the smooth running of front of house applications, managing the department’s helpdesk queue and ensuring that SLA’s are adhered to.

Responsibilities:
 Manage the Infrastructure helpdesk queue and escalate to relevant team members
 Support of desktop and application issues on Windows 7 and Office 2010
 Manage VoIP access and setup for new users
 Manage and maintain Infrastructure helpdesk, distributing to the appropriate SME
 Install and configuration of hardware upgrade, operating systems and applications
 Troubleshooting desktop, printer and basic network problems
 Support the roll-out of new applications
 Setting up new user accounts in Active Directory and Exchange in a Windows 2003 environment

To be considered, the suitable 1st Line Support Analyst / Helpdesk Support Analyst must have excellent communication skills, adopt a genuine pro-active approach to work and be prepared to work hard to achieve their goals.

Skills required:
 Solid general IT skills
 Working knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange administration
 Intermediate knowledge of LAN networks (IP renewal, reservations, flushdns etc.)
 Experience with VoIP
 Energetic, imaginative, creative, tempered, tenacious, solution provider essential
 An ability to adapt and respond calmly to constant challenges

The Trainee Project Manager must have basic levels of SQL / SQL Server skills (i.e. perform simple select statements, tables, views etc), be proficient using MS Project (in particular Gantt charts), and ideally have an understanding of work packages and MS Vision. Responsibilities:

• An understanding of the following techniques/methodologies:
o Prince2
o Agile
o Scrum
• Experience of working in a database environment advantageous
