Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Rental Manager ideally with good local knowledge. As a reputable Manager your role will be to increase the business levels of this already established office.

*Ideally be qualified or willing to work towards qualification
*Daily/weekly team meeting
*Delegating and overseeing vendor feedback
*Build and maintain excellent working relationships between landlords and tenants
*Arrange viewings and agree lets
*Assisting the team with agreeing lets
*Hit targets both on individual units and office targets
*Daily reporting to the manager on office activity
*Must have attention to detail.
*Must be experienced and qualified to a proficient level.
*Understand the residential letting law.
*Proficient in the creation of inventories
Successful candidates will need to have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Our client is seeking Car Sales Executives at each of their 3 sites in Lincolnshire.
Previous experience car sales experience is not essential.
You will be however have experience of face to face sales, so someone with door to door sales experience would be ideal. You will be self motivated, driven and customer focused.
Full product training will be provided. There will not be a company car provided.
