Main Duties
1.Ensure complete customer satisfaction at your branch at all times
2.Ensure good housekeeping and strong trade counter merchandising
3.Maintain sales to all existing customers and ensure every possible sales opportunity is explored with customers entering the branch both by yourself and your staff.
4.Obtain sales leads from trade counter encounters and maximise POS opportunities

Person Specification
Experienced Manager, preferably with knowledge of the building trade with a methodical and organised approach
Excellent man-management and communication skills
Fully computer literate. SAP experience preferred although not essential
Demonstrated flexibility with an attention to detail
Numeracy and literacy are requirements of the position
Experience of giving excellent customer service is required.
