The position will commence ASAP It is essential that the successful candidate can read sheet drawings along with having previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience. We are looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join a fast moving, reputable client in the Bury St. Edmunds area. This is an ongoing temporary assignment where we have previously had people working for very long periods of time. - We are looking for people who have experience in Engineering or Mechanical Production/Assembly. - Experience of working from Technical drawings and using basic hand tools is essential. - The hours are 7:45am - 16:30pm Monday to Thursday with a half day on a Friday. - Pay rate of £6.75 for hours up to 37.5, all hours over this are paid at time and a half (£10.13). - Currently working with approximately 10 hours overtime available per week. - Experience with CNC machining, setting and machine operating is desirable but not essential.
