Our client is currently recruiting for skilled individuals to join their case handling division based in London's Docklands.

You will be responsible for managing complex consumer complaints, analysing data and making impartial decisions on behalf of the consumer or product providing firm. Your aim will be to resolve cases in line with the current regulatory rules and regulations. In this role you will work to targets to achieve a minimum number of case resolutions per week. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential.

Ideally you will already possess good all round knowledge of reviewing consumer complaint cases and disputes both verbally and written or have a relevant degree such as Law, English, Business and Economics. Knowledge of the FSA and other appropriate regulatory bodies is advantageous. Our client is seeking candidates who have previous experience working within customer relations, legal compliance or an advisory role within an FSA-regulated retail environment or similar. Or from candidates who have worked within fund management or at stockbrokers with I.M.C (Investment Management Certificate), C.F.A (Chartered Financial Analyst), or the SII (Securities & Investment Institute) Certificate.

As the successful candidate you will also have experience in a customer service based role.

Personal Assistant - Short Term - £120 a day - ASAP start!!

My client is seeking an experienced and accomplished Assistant who has previous experience of dealing with senior external clients/stakeholders. This role will be a short term position working as part of a global event to support it's Head of Traffic Management and Parking Team.
The position is an immediate start and will be for approximately 2 - 4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
*Diary management, including prioritising activities
