Adecco is delighted to be working with a premier service company to recruit a talented sales executive for their central London based location. The candidate they are looking for should be tenacious, money hungry, excited by challenging targets and eager to prove themselves. The rewards for this are vast - a good basic together with an uncapped commission structure, on target your earnings should be 35k+ but the top billers are earning much more! Previous delegate sales or conference sales experience is extremely desirable but candidates with strong, proven sales skills in other areas will also be favourably looked upon.

The role itself involves:

- New business development - booking clients onto events that the company are holding, interacting with blue-chip companies
- Calling cold clients as well as clients that have requested information
- Up-selling the clients products/services
- Post sales follow up and activity
- Conduct own research to identify new revenue streams
- Feedback to the MD and Team manager regarding successes, sales and targets
