Our client is an exciting and growing small sports company They are looking for an individual with practical business experience to fulfil the role of Office/Warehouse Manager and Book Keeper.
The role will involve working closely with the owners and management team in various areas of the business. A strong work ethic and having the ability to take on a wide range of tasks are essential skills for candidates. As office manager the candidate would have to be able to operate high quantities of initiative and self-direction.
Main Duties:
* Manage the incoming and outgoing goods in the office and maintain the inventory management system. * Book keeping including issuing invoices, delivery notes, paying office bills. * Reception work, liaise with clients, suppliers and customers for order fulfilment. * General administrative work including filing and warehouse management.
Key Skills: * Excellent PC skills including working knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Office * Understanding of basic accounts * Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to build relationships * Good organisations skills and ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
Successful candidates will have a telephone interview followed by 2 stages of competency and skill assessment interviews
