Part time Administrator required to work 8.30am to 12.30pm or 9.00am to 13.00pm Monday to Friday 20 hours per week. This is initially a temporary position which will lead to a permanent role for the right applicant.
Duties:
1Audio typing (net words per minute 40)
2Typing of accounts
3To carry out ALL filing on a daily basis
6Stock Letters
7Bank Letters
9Maintain Databases
10Newsletter / Mailshots / Mail Merges
11Power point inputting - tender / presentations
12Reception Cover
13To assist with photocopying / binding when necessary
15Document scanning
16To carry out other duties as necessary
