Export Sales Administrator required to join the Customer services team primarily to handle the major Export contracts, dealings etc for nearly all projects overseas for a growing engineering Firm based in Worcester.
Suitable candiates will have previous expereince in a similar role, excellent administration skills and have strong communication skills.

This will include relaying details of any delays or changes to orders as they arise -Liaising with other members of staff to ensure that the progress of the works is in accordance with the timeframes given to the client, but notifying the client of any issues that may affect their delivery -Assisting with the other members of the team in times of need with the general process of operations during busy times -Ensuring that all the relevant information is available to the accounts team to resolve any financial issues with due speed and assisting with follow ups as required -Making sure that all records are maintained in accordance with company processes and that they are filed as soon as possible so that they can be available to others as necessary

The Contact Centre is operational 24/7 365 days a year, with the day team working between Mon-Fri 06:00-20:00 and reduced hours on Weekends & Bank Holidays. We run a shift roster to cover the core hours and the successful candidate would ideally be flexible enough to work the occasional shift outside of these times. Overtime or time in lieu is offered where additional hours are worked.

Leading the Clients channel development activities resulting in increased coverage for sales through our partners of our software solutions and services.
Manage all aspects of relationship with their key UKI partners Act as liaison between sales and other departments Be knowledgeable of the clients products, value propositions, agreements and practice, and work to improve them Manage all aspects of the relationship between the client and partner. Develop sales, marketing, and operational strategies to identify new business opportunities and sell clients products Work with the Clients direct sales teams in territory on strategy and go-to-market plan to cover key areas or geographies Actively recruit new potential business partners that complement the clients solution and services offerings Develop business plans for key partners that result in maximising the clients operating income Work with marketing to develop lead generation programs Coordinate and deliver sales & product training enabling partners to successfully represent the clients products
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred Two (2) plus years business development experience recruiting business partners and managing partner relationships required Previous sales or business development experience in software or high tech industry strongly desired Proven ability to build relationships at Executive level Knowledge of software organisation functions such as R&D, Services, Support, Sales, Marketing and Finance Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent time management, organisational and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal, team building and customer relations skills Strong business, financial, operations and technical acumen with the ability to differentiate and manage private versus public information Strong project management and decision making skills
This is a full time permanent position. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm Basic Salary: £20,000 with an OTE of £45,000.

Our client is looking to recruit for 2 x Telesales Executives to join their team on a permanent basis based in Malvern. This position will involve calling both B2B and B2C both new and existing clients from a database.
You will be advising on which packages would be best suited for the company or individual. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales preferably telesales but will also consider face to face sales experience.
