Purpose of the role To pro-actively market local property with a view to securing viewings and property sales Responsibilities Handle all sales enquiries promptly Perform viewings for sales property and sell positively Match buyers to properties and undertake viewings. Keep in touch with all parties and negotiate Selling all company services to all parties Preparing accurate property details Taking enquiries from prospective buyers and sellers, booking appointments Standard office hours Monday to Friday with rotating weekend work.
