Our client, a successful organisation providing financial administration services, are currently looking to recruit Customer Service Officers for their High Wycombe offices.
You will be working as part of a dedicated team handling incoming and outgoing calls to answer and resolve customer queries, ensuring a high level of customer service is consistently provided. This role will also involve associated administration to maintain accurate and up to date records.
The successful candidates must be confident communicators on the phone and have the motivation to work in a fast paced and busy call centre environment. With a high attention to detail, you will be able to demonstrate previous customer service experience and the enthusiasm to resolve customer queries to satisfaction.
You will possess a minimum of GCSE passes in Maths and English and good IT skills including MS Office.

Our client, a leading international company based in High Wycombe, have a vacancy for a Credit Controller to join their small, friendly and focused accounting team.
You will be responsible for the overall credit control function, ensuring customer payments are received according to account terms and resolving aged debtors, clearing outstanding queries and issues. This will involve considerable liaison with customers to build strong relationships and you'll be working with the sales administration team and area managers to resolve customer problems successfully, clearing down outstanding accounts.
You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within high volume credit control along with a good level of SAP and MS Excel knowledge. A team player, you'll also be able to work on your own initiative with confidence and communicate with people in an assertive and articulate manner. With good attention to detail, you'll be able to work under pressure to achieve deadlines and show reasoned business judgement.
