CIVIL LITIGATION SECRETARY REQUIRED FOR SOUGHT AFTER BOURNEMOUTH COMPANY !!
Duties & Objectives:
· Audio typing & word processing
· Diary management
· Administrative duties
· Filing
· Photocopying
· Overflow telephone calls
· Assist other members of the department as required
· Any additional secretarial/administrative duties as may be reasonably required
· Ensure positive representation of the firm
· Manage client interface
· Timely, accurate and attractive presentation of correspondence and documents
· Accurate filing and general administration
· Adopt conduct and performance in accordance with the firms requirements
Hours: 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.15pm with a 75 minute lunch break
SALARY: £17k - 18K - dependant upon experience
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITHIN CIVIL LITIGATION IS ESSENTIAL
