Our client is a leading law firm based in Oxford and they are looking to recruit a well presented receptionist for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Typical duties include: - Answer all calls in a professional and polite manner; book appointments, take messages, divert the call as necessary. - Meet and greet clients into reception and ensure fee earners are aware of their arrival - Sorting post and other communications - Provide refreshments for meetings - Produce documents such as letters and emails - Any other administrative tasks as required
To be considered for this role you must have a polite and courteous manner with previous experience in a reception role. You will need to be able to work as part of a team as the reception is manned by two people.
