We are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator for a temporary contract working for a large organisation within Canary Wharf. The position is starting asap and will run until the end of June but could go on longer. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a recruitment environment and will also have worked as an administrator.
Support the administrative needs of the recruitment process, ensuring work requests are actioned in accordance with best practice processes and individual needs by liaising with all back office teams off site this will include but is not limited to:
Key responsibilities/accountabilities: To assist in the day to day administration of the volunteer and paid staff HR function including: *Sending communication to volunteers and paid staff, including invites for selection events, training sessions and UDAC appointments *Assist with the visa process for candidates who have immigration requirements *Liaise with the various Functional Areas and deal with any queries or requirements they may have. *Manage any questions or issues from volunteers and paid staff, via email and telephone *Assist with the administration relating to the rostering of volunteers *Assist with any other HR administrative processes that may arise
Key knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications required: *Excellent recruitment administration experience from high-volume/graduate recruitment programmes is essential. *Excellent communication skills. *Excellent presentation skills. *Excellent standard of English, both written and oral. *Exceptional PC literacy with strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel. *Use of external databases is desirable.
