ASSISTANT CASHIER
An Assistant Cashier is needed urgently for an immediate start for a temporary position for 6 - 12 months. Based in Victoria this position needs someone with a very firm manner to work with a team of 4.
Duties will include:
-Daily cash allocations -Uploading daily bank statements onto Oracle -Processing BACS & CHAPS payments -Matching receipts to invoices -Processing the days banking -Recording all cheques received -Assisting the Head Cashier with weekly payment runs -Answering queries in the Inbox -Dealing with customer queries -Assisting with credit card reconciliation
Candidates must be organised, have great attention to detail and be friendly and approachable as this is essential in this role.

A client based in Central London is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join a well established team based in Central London. The Client is looking for a highly organised, experienced EA who is able to join the team immediately and hit the ground running. The company is a huge organisation who are expanding rapidly. Main responsibilities include: * Diary management, including arranging meetings * Pro-active inbox and telephone management * Prepare for internal and external meetings * Manage and prioritise Director's workflow * Delegate tasks to other team members on behalf of Director or in Director's absence * Records management * Ensure compliance with corporate and work deadlines, and assist team to meet those deadlines, e.g. completion of Information Asset returns * Travel bookings * Draft, format and proof read documents, e.g. bank letters, and presentations * Apply and share knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint * Produce and interpret Business Management reports * Basic research * Develop and maintain up to date knowledge of Area's clients, including key contacts * Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues * Maintain up to date knowledge processes and key internal contacts * Induct new staff to the Area * Contribute to the effective operation of the portfolio pool through provision of support to pool colleagues and the EA Manager

A great opportunity working within the charity industry has arisen within the Central London area. The client is currently recruiting for a part time Events Assistant/ Roadshow Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis. The role will be working 3 days per week. All candidates applying must show an interest in supporting disabilities and be available immediately.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an administrative, event coordinator or customer service role. Working with volunteers is desirable.
Some of the main responsibilities will include: - Supporting the promotion of the Roadshow through posters and the website - Managing the stock levels for the project - Collating evaluations and monitoring data for the project - Liaising with a large Retail Company to book in the Roadshow, and responding to enquiries from staff, volunteers and the general public - Work with Roadshow Officer to identify stores to contact and book in the Roadshow - Maintain records of the stores contacted
