My client is currently looking for an Export Administrator. You will be involved in all aspects of export administration and shipping within a busy office environment, including liaison with customers, and internally within the business. You will enter container loading details onto the system as well as Customs documentation. Produce reports and send to relevant people. Raise Sales invoices and related documentation. Process Export documentation paperwork. Working in a very busy environment.

2 x Purchase Ledger Clerks Required for my client in Golborne. This is a full time position, from 8:30-5:30pm Mon- Fri. £8.00-8.50per hour based on Exp
The successful candidates will require some experience and be comfortable working in a busy office environment. This position would suit a vibrant, and self motivated person with an interest to learn new skills.
Duties include: Invoice scanning Invoice registering Invoice matching Invoice coding Invoice costing Phoning suppliers requesting proof of deliveries
This is a temporary position.
