My client due to continued expansion is looking to recruit a Master Production Scheduler for there office based in Birmingham.
Strong leadership skills and influencing skills. Must be determined, able to challenge the status quo and able to adopt a flexible approach in a dynamic, fast moving environment. Must be a self-starter who can identify the requirement of the business and work closely with operations management team to drive the achievement of specific targets
The aim is to provide high quality faster and effective service to the customer and company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
To generate production and capacity plans that are reviewed with Production To challenge the data and systems information, ensuring accuracy of information at all times. To ensure all customer requirements are efficiently planned and scheduled for timely delivery. To constantly review Stock increases To ensure data is accurate and updated through regular reviews and audits on the system To monitor and review operation process times To ensure production plans are level loaded Communicate daily and weekly with production To monitor, review and identify reqs for raw materials, tooling and ensure purchase orders are placed. To identify root causes and administer corrective actions To manage specific improvements projects Quality, Cost, Delivery
