I am looking to recruit for my client based in Crewe a Customer Service Support Assistant, the primary purpose of the role is provide a network of intermediaries around the UK and Ireland with an excellent standard of Customer Service, to replenish their stock following the correct procedures and guidelines, Working in an open plan office liaising with the Customer over the telephone, you will also be expected to proactively work in partnership with the teams in other parts of the business, particularly in the areas where the Support team have a direct impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of other business areas and customer retention.
The successful candidate will have excellent PC skills including Excel and SAP, will have the experience to build relationships and work effectively with a range of different people and good interpersonal skills.
You will also have held a similar Office based Customer Service or Administration role before.
