Purpose of your role
This is a Conference Coordinator position, in which the successful candidate will be organising a number of field trips within Europe, EMEA and South Africa. The European Conference Coordinator will identify and track all relevant events, scheduling specific meetings at each event and communicating all event and schedule details.

Job Description:
Management of an assigned work list, making outgoing calls to individuals to arrange for payment on behalf of clients. To take incoming calls in response to outgoing correspondence with regular liaison with clients to obtain information to resolve disputed balances.
A basic salary of £15,000 per annum is offered plus (upon completion of a period of training and experience gathering) a bonus structure, which could increase salaries by up to £650 per month. First year earnings could therefore be in excess of £22,000.
Through training and development collectors can progress up through the team to a salary of £16,250, and then on up to the Banking & Finance (B&F) team where basic salaries increase further (B&F up to £20,000 basic), as do bonuses (over £1,000 per month can be achieved in B&F).

GCSEs Maths & English grade C or above (or equivalent)
Required: *A general level of business experience or working knowledge. *1 - 2 years work experience within a customer focused role.
Preferred: *Experience within an outbound call based working environment. *Experience of credit control and/or collections.

The successful applicant will need to have attained competent advisor status and be qualified to either Cefa 1 and 6, CeMap 1, 2, 3 or FPC 1, 2, 3 and CeMap bridge standards.Options are available for employed and self-employed roles, with minimum OTE in the first year of £35000. Basic salary for employed will range from £15000 to £18000. Full training is provided with assistance in additional professional exams if requested.

PROTECTION ADVISOR - INSURANCE & FINANCIAL SERVICES
This role suits an ambitious and motivated individual looking for long term career progression with a highly successful and expanding Independent Financial Advisory Firm. The successful applicant will be responsible for calling clients who have made a real time enquiry and meeting their needs for life assurance, illness cover, redundancy cover and buildings and contents through regulated Financial Advice. Knowledge of financial products is not essential but experience in telesales is preferred. Basic salary will range from £12000 to £18000 p.a. depending on experience with the ability to earn uncapped commission on top. The expected OTE in the first year is £30000. Options also exist for a self employed role. Full training is provided as is assistance with professional exams if requested.
