My client is a leading managing agent with a portfolio of luxury residential developments across the Greater London area. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Property Manager to provide efficient administrative support to a Property Manager, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a portfolio of properties.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Assisting in the day-to-day maintenance of the development *Attending and minuting client meetings including AGM's and Directors meetings, usually held in the evenings *Overseeing day-to-day, contracted and cyclical maintenance *Managing electronic data and e-mails and ensuring all client files are updated *Dealing with flat owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form *Dealing with on-site staff and related staff issues in the first instance and passing on to HR Department *Issuing service charge and ground rent applications for payments *Liaising with the credit control department to chase for arrears *Assisting in the production of budgets, including reserve funding for the forthcoming year *Carrying out regular site visits to ensure all buildings are in good order *Circulating information to residents concerning management issues *Ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to within one month of the audit being issued *Logging insurance claims and liaising with the insurance department to ensure the claims are completed *Updating the solicitors enquiry packs with new budgets and notices as soon as they are made available *Preparing, signing off and obtaining approval of the weekly invoice folder *Dealing with any other property issues that may arise within the team
Successful candidates must have passed the first part of the IRPM exam or be in the process of studying for the next available intake.

Main responsibilities: *Answer telephones, and direct calls to appropriate staff *Schedule and confirm patient appointments, surgeries and medical consultations *Greet visitors *Arrange hospital admissions for patients *Perform various clerical and administrative functions, such as ordering and maintaining an inventory of supplies, Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and Filing and typing up reports *Maintain medical records *Audio typing
