This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client on a permanent part time basis (20 - 30 hours per week). If you believe in impeccable customer service and have a calm, efficient yet friendly manner and thrive on multi tasking in a busy environment then this is for you. Two of the most important aspects in order to be successful in your application are.... 1) You MUST be flexible between the hours of 07:00 am and 21:00 pm 2) You will work flexibly within a small team and will be available at short notice to cover shifts as and when needed. If you can not commit to being flexible around these hours then this is not the right position for you. As part of this team you will be expected to greet all clients in a warm and efficient manner, field all external and internal calls via Switchboard promptly and professionally, process payments, distribute internal and external post and other administrative duties in line with the overall Administration team. An understanding of medical terminology would be advantageous but not essential.
