Processing of requests and obtaining appropriate from completion and authorisation where required. Active Directory: Creation of new accounts, unlocking accounts. Exchange: Shared Calendars, adding additional mailboxes to Outlook, mailbox permissions, and GAL GROUP maintenance. Printers: passing / chasing calls to 3rd parties, urgent orders of consumables. Active call review, progress, chasing, and escalation. Managing a laptop pool for loans. Providing advice & guidance of standard application use and services provided by ICT.
This role needs to be able to produce supporting documentation to a high standard and assist the ICT Operations Manager in the production of performance and trending information.
Any successful candidate will need to have the attributes, knowledge and skills described in the role description and be able to communicate clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences. The right people needs enthusiasm and passion for IT support and demonstrate initiative contributing to new ideas and methods in the ICT Operations team.

The Role: Working within a busy contact centre, you will deliver the highest level of customer service at all times. You will be taking incoming calls and offering advice on financial products and services.
Training will be provided.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8-4 / 9-5 / 10-6 and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9-1; this is on a rota basis.

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive with an aptitude for learning new skills in a professional and busy support environment. Customer contact is predominantly phone and email based and the candidate will need to be IT literate. Full training is provided during the first 3 weeks of the role.
